Pocket Road Trip privacy policy

Effective 14 October 2026

Pocket Road Trip is provided by arifulabs. This policy explains how the game, this website and support handle information.

Information used by the game

The game saves journey progress, postcard discovery dates, in-game journey images, camper choices, local achievements, and sound and motion preferences in its app storage. This lets you resume journeys and keep your collection. The game does not require a player account or ask for your name, email address, age, location, contacts, camera, microphone or personal photo library. Destination photographs are included with the game.

Online services

The current game does not operate an online account, game server or cloud-save service. Google Play Games synchronization is not active. Advertising, real-money purchases, analytics and automatic Unity diagnostic reporting are disabled in this release. The game does not automatically send your journey progress or local achievement records to arifulabs.

Android backup and local removal

Android may copy eligible game files and preferences into system backups or device transfers according to your device and account settings. This is separate from an arifulabs cloud-save service. Local game information remains until it is overwritten or removed. You can erase it with Android app-storage controls or by uninstalling the game; doing so removes local progress. Manage any existing system backup separately through Android or your account provider. Recovery of game progress is not guaranteed.

Children and parents

The intended audience includes children and older players. Playing does not require submitting personal information, communicating with other players or making purchases. Parents or guardians should handle support requests for children and avoid including a child's name, email address, photos, voice recordings or other identifying details. If we learn that we have received unnecessary personal information from a child, we will remove it rather than use it for marketing or profiling. A parent or guardian can contact us about information they believe we have received.

Support correspondence

When a parent, guardian or other adult contacts support, we receive their email address, message and any attachments they choose to send. We use this information to answer the request. Our email provider, Porkbun, processes correspondence to deliver and store it. We do not sell support information or use it for advertising. We retain it only while necessary to resolve and follow up on the request, or meet applicable obligations, then delete it. You can request removal through the support contact.

Security

Game data uses Android app storage and the device's access controls. Access to support correspondence is restricted to the people handling the request, using the email provider's account-security controls. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. Please do not send passwords, payment details or unnecessary personal information.
